HOUSE POLICIES & CONSIDERATIONS
10pm nightly curfew - The main doors to the house will be locked every night at 10pm. Doors will remain locked until 7am the following morning. Exceptions can be made if previously requested and communicated.
Sober environment - At Santari Surf House we require a sober space. Any and all drinking/ smoking is to be done off premise, at your own risk. Keep in mind the nightly curfew.
Be mindful of shared spaces - Please be considerate to the other guests as the kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces. Clean up after yourself and keep your areas tidy. This goes for how you share space in the community as well in regards to pollution and general vibes.
At your own risk - Surf at your own risk - your instructor will always set you up for success, so please listen and follow instruction for your own safety but know your limits.
Respect the space, the people, and the planet while you’re here.
No onsite laundry - There is a laundromat nearby with wash & fold services.
Zero tolerance for discrimination or harassment - This should go without saying
Cancellations & refunds follow our stated policy – Please review the terms when booking to avoid misunderstandings.
Damage to property must be reported and may be charged – Accidents happen, but transparency helps us fix things fairly.
Support local businesses - Ask us for recommendations to shop, eat, and surf responsibly.
